Dashboard

The Dashboard is your central command center in PerXL, providing comprehensive insights into project performance, team productivity, and organizational health. It offers two distinct views tailored to different user roles and requirements, along with access to detailed reporting capabilities.

Who can Access Dashboard?

  1. Any user role with the required permissions to access dashboard and assign dashboard view. Administrators can configure custom roles with these permissions.
  2. Any user with Valid Permissions the access to the Dashboard can access the dashboard page

Note: Please see the Settings section of PerXL hierarchy to find out more about who can access dashboard and who can edit or change dashboard properties.

Accessing the Dashboard

How to access the Dashboard?

  1. From the home page, locate the sidebar menu on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on "Dashboard" in the sidebar menu.

  3. A new dashboard page will open, displaying your project and organizational insights.

Project Dashboard

The Project Dashboard provides comprehensive insights into project-related activities, team productivity, and task management. It offers detailed metrics that help project managers and team leaders monitor performance and make informed decisions.

You can check the overview of all workspaces information like which are on hold, on track, closed, not started.

Workspace Status

User can check the status of all workspaces with single pie chart.

User Activity

User can check the status of different workspaces based on category by hovering on each block in pie chart.

Overdue Tasks

User can get the information about tasks with number of delay by days. User can download this image for sharing by clicking on Hamburger button.

  • X Axis : Number of days ( Delay )
  • Y Axis : Number of Tasks

Provides a quantitative analysis of project delays, allowing users to identify bottlenecks by task volume and export high-resolution visuals for stakeholder reporting via the Hamburger menu.

Task Status & Priority

With this, user can get number of tasks which are in different status and priorities. User can download images using Hamburger button.

Mom Productity Trends

Get the productivity trends for different months.

  • Yellow : Recent Period Trend
  • Green : Previous Period Trend

Enables comparative performance analysis by visualizing month-over-month productivity trends, allowing users to contrast recent and previous periods to identify long-term growth or efficiency gaps

Tasks Waiting For Approval & Out Of Scope Tasks Count

Tasks need to be approved as quickly as possible. Waiting For Approval shows the metrics on this for each section.

User Activity

Provides a high-priority overview of pending approvals and out-of-scope tasks to accelerate decision-making and prevent operational bottlenecks across every section.

Tasks Planned Due For Week

1. This will show planned tasks due for week which needs to be checked. Users can check information like Total Resources, checked-in, checked-out users etc..

Provides a comprehensive performance scorecard by benchmarking task quality and completion delays against resource utilization, enabling users to optimize the balance between productive and idle hours.

Resource Occupancy & Availability Status

Resource availability & busy date will be there but so one can get allocate workload based on this dates.

Time Spent By Assignee

User can check time spent by each assignee for different dates whether they spend 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours or more.

  3. This page is part of the Reports section and offers advanced filtering and monitoring options.

  1. Look for the Attendance Reports button icon on your dashboard.
  2. Click on the button to open a new page dedicated to Attendacen Report. Users can check their check-in and checkout time and breaks also.
