A team timesheet is a summary report that monitors and controls the resources' time and attendance. This includes details like check-in and check-out times, the overall amount of time worked, etc. It is crucial tool for making sure the team is functioning successfully and efficiently.

1. Choose the icon for reports from the sidebar menu. A drop-down menu will show up.
2. Or you can select Report button at the bottom of the sidebar menu.
3. From the menu, select the Team's Timesheets icon.



4. A New page will appear with the heading Team's Timesheets.
5. Choose from the available options the name(s) of the resource(s) and the start and the end date.



6. Select Generate button and you will get the timesheet of the selected resource(s).

In order to monitor and manage the time and attendance of a single resource, resource timesheet reports are employed. The date, the start and end times of the employee's shift, any breaks or lunches taken, any overtime worked, and any time off taken are normally recorded in these reports.

6. Select Generate button and you will get the timesheet of the selected resource(s).

4. A New page will appear with the heading Detailed Timesheets.
5. Choose from the available options the name of the Assignee, the start and the end date along with the status and either approved or overdue from the other options.



6. Select Search button and you will get the timesheet of the selected resource(s).



7. Select Reset Filters button to reset all the filters at once.
