A resource overview refers to a comprehensive summary of the various resources that are available within a particular context. It is to give readers a comprehensive knowledge of the resources that are available, their relative significance, and the best ways to use them to accomplish particular goals and objectives.

Additionally, it can be used to spot holes or weaknesses in the available resources and create plans for resolving them.

Prerequisites to view Resource overview

  1. The user must have selected the workforce management option in the plan.
  2. PerXL client programme (user agent) software must be installed on the user's computer.
  3. User must checked-in to the application

How to view resource overview?

  1. Click on the Reports icon in the sidebar menu.
  2. A drop-down menu will then show up.

  3. Choose the Resource Overview section from the drop-down menu.
  4. The resource overview window will show up on the screen.
  5. Choose the resource's name, the Start date, the Finish date, and click on Search button after that.
  6. The specifics of the chosen resource will be displayed on the webpage.
  7. You can view Active/Idle Worktime Per Hour histogram to identify the areas that need improvement.
