New Issues For Task

Streamline project execution by organizing work into a clear hierarchy of Workspaces, Spaces, and Sections, where tasks are the fundamental units of progress and accountability. To ensure peak output quality, the system integrates an automated QA feedback loop: when issues or bugs are linked to a task, the task is immediately reopened for remediation, directly impacting the user’s performance score to incentivize 'first-time-right' results and drive higher team efficiency.

Creating a new issue

Who can create a new issue?

  1. Users with Valid Permissions enabled in the Organization can have the Access to View the Issues page and create the New Issues
  2. Any user who is mapped to the Section can create a New Issue.

How to create a new issue?

  1. On your workspace in the sidebar menu select a Space and then click on it.
  2. Select the Section/Project name in which you want to create a new issue.
  3. On the top right corner of the window click on + New Issue icon
  4. This would open Create a new issue window in which you can add the issue title.

  5. Add the issue name, description, map the task, seviority and priority then create new issue by clicking the "Create"button.

View all issues

How to view all issues?

  1. On your workspace, in the sidebar menu, select a Space and then click on it.
  2. Select the Section/Project name in which would like to view issues then click on all issues tab to view All Issues.

View single issue

How to view single issue?

  1. On your workspace in the sidebar menu select a Space and then click on it.
  2. Select the Section/Project name in which would like to view issues then click on all issues tab to view All Issues.

  3. Click on any one issue to view issue.

  4. User can change the Priority, Severity and status of the issue.
