Guidelines & Best Practices

  • Respect privacy: Share AI findings and reports only with authorized HR and managers.
  • Human review required: AI provides recommendations — always validate and follow HR policies.
  • Timely follow-up: Use the Message modal to record meeting outcomes and next steps.
  • Document actions: Keep meeting notes, survey responses, and agreed action plans in the case record.
  • Frequency: For moderate or high-risk cases, schedule regular check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly) until improvement is observed.

Note: All decisions based on these workflows must comply with company HR policies and local laws. AI outputs are advisory only.
